regression in attitudes to mental health started in 2020
Its my belief that attitudes started regressing in mental health began in 2020.
Mental health became an in word for celebs, politicians etc to escape & aviod certain issues, it became fodder & newspaper materials to sell…
now mental health is being attacked from every party & news dirt rags under the sun as we're deemed "lazy" which is untrue.
So I want to gauge reactions to this statement
also a thought from a aussie author called claire weekes, who penned books on mental health in the 80s/90's, she described a person who had the dreaded new fangled tropical issues called CFS or chronic fatigue syndrome, people were labeled lazy, dumb, stupid etc & still to this day the issues of CFS in woman & men , it affects men also, its still dismissed like a piece of dust from a vacuum pod while binning it.
What people don't understand is attacked easily & people get away with it, plain/easy/simplistic.

Online hate posts should, but never will, be referred to the Authorities as hate crimes IMO.

The thing is, we can't control what others think of us, only how we allow it to affect us.
