Any suggestions what to eat with this warm weather? The classic potato salad with beets, eggs, mayo, and apple is a nice solution, or a simple tomatoes and onions omelet… but I am running out of options. I cannot handle too much fibers, so I am avoiding salad for dinner.

I'm quite a fussy eater so don't have any good suggestions @SmellyBin. I would have suggested salad for the water content but I see you're avoiding them. Hopefully someone else will have an idea for you.
