Dear community,
I have been awarded New Style ESA and placed in the Support Group. My letter says my award will end after 12 months. Is this an assessment/review period, or does my ESA actually stop after 12 months? I also receive LCWRA.
Thanks

Hi,
As you are in the Support Group, your NS ESA will not stop after 12 months.
It is an on-going award until your conditions change.
The DWP can choose to reassess you at any time, but reassessments are very rare at the moment. The same assessment is used for both NS ESA and UC LCWRA.
