problems finding work

I suffer from arthritis, sleep apnoea, tinnitus and carpal tunel I used to be a post man but got laid off I am in constant pain I am looking for work but get turned down when interviewers see walking stick or when I mention sleep apnoea is there anyone else having similar problems finding work
