I don't read the express but saw this on FB and couldn't help but read because what a sensationalist thing to say! It's true but only for those with persistent DWP debt who aren't repaying it etc, apparently.

    Pfft, I used to read the comic strips in the Express back in the 80s, and sometimes do the crosswords, wouldn't waste my time or money on it now.
