DWP 'Harassment'

Hi Guys,
I am of the belief I am being 'harassed' by the DWP for highlighting a number of concerns with my MP, I had with how my claim for state benefits was handled.
The reasons for this belief are many and protracted but the DWP recently investigated me for fraud owing to the fact I had to borrow from family when my benefits were cut substantially. This investigation was escalated to the Counter Fraud and Compliance Directorate who have deemed there to 'be no merit the the DWP's referral and no case for me to answer'.
However, on requesting the DWP provide me with reasoning for this investigation and referral to to CFCD, they will not offer one. Whilst I understand I will never get an unbiased or truthful answer to the manner in which the DWP have treated me, I believe that gaining reasoning for this investigation will in a manner, verify my belief that I am being unjustly targeted by them, allow me to take appropriate action and possibly prevent any further harassment by the DWP.
I am therefore posting here to enquire as to if anyone knows of where I stand legally on obtaining this information.
TIA
