hope all goes well for you x I don’t remember much I just know they didn’t want to ask me anything at all ! I was basically in abc out and they are so nice honestly ! People don’t believe it’s a horror story because I’ve worried all that time for nothing x

Thank you, wow it amazes me that it gets to that point when they should of given the award in the first place. Its good to hear that its not to bad. I just hope it isnt a long wait anymore. I think the waiting times is what gets to most people as its the not knowing the outcome. All the best 😀

yes the waiting time has had me dreading the postman bringing the date this past 13 month . The whole process from start is very stressful if you are a nervous person as well it can dominate . The tribunal are not there to be nasty to you or twist you . Or make you feel bad . They are there to get a better picture of what’s going on with you . It’s your chance to explain what’s going on with you. My advice is to prepare with your evidence. Medical notes, your own notes diaries ect . They want to make sure the laws been applied correctly for you .

How long before I start to receive monthly payments? And also the back dated payment?

as far as I’m aware it takes a few weeks until everything is updated .
