pip extention

in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA

hi everyone i have been waiting for my pip review forms as my award is due to end june 2027 so its about now the dreaded forms will come but i checked online to request proof of of my benefits ie pip and they have extended my award till june 2030 they had recently done it from 17th of june this year so award was 2024 till 2027 but now says 2024 till 2030 what a relief i think due to backlog have not had a letter yet but its good news for now x

    What gets me, is that they're crying about a backlog of cases, which THEY created in the flippin' first place.

    Shame they aren't doing it here In Northern Ireland,extending awards like that, because its department for communities They work differently, how odd because all the other things work exactly the same when it comes to benefits here, assessments ,forms, It's all exactly the same. I'd like to know why we've been left out of a potential great help and a bit of piece of mind , my pip is in review since start of the year and I'm on edge and full of anxiety and panic since even before the form arrived.

    Has anyone come across it when they extend your 2027 pip date for 7 days then they have another extension letter? Ive tried logging into the gov.uk portal to see if its been extended but i cant get on tgere for some reason. I had letter yesterday stating a 7 day extension which I find strange!

    Im just trying to gauge whether ill have another extension letter or a pip review form.

    Again any help would be grateful appreciated
