    They were just an example, whatever you use daily or frequently. What are the items you always have in your freezer? Those are your staples.

    There was talk of having a Chinese takeaway here back in May, but on the day, the staff "forgot"! I officially give up.

    I had a Chicken Dinner for my tea. A Birds eye one which was delicious but sadly the Roast Spuds were rather chew so I won't have another one. For afters I had Strawberries and Cream. I just decided to put some on Morrisons delivery. Rather a Larger punnet than I expected but they won't get wasted and any cream left over will go in my Coffee. Waste not want not lol.

    Sorry I don't like Rice. That's what kept me from the Lunch club last Thursday cos it was Chicken Ala King with steamed Rice and Green beans and Butternut. I'll be there this week as it's Meatballs in Tomato Sauce with Mash and Veg. They know to keep the Veg off mine lol. Banofi pie for afters yum yum lol. After that filling meal I just have a light tea usually Pot Noodle lol.
