Iv gone from joint claim to single I got work capability since 2020 and now I can't see it and my ainexty is high levels they r not much help on tjr phome line nay advice plz

    Hi @ella1992 bless you, sorry it's causing so much anxiety. Can I ask a bit more information about where you are in the process? Have you requested the change, and waiting for confirmation, or has this been confirmed but you can't see it's been changed?

    I done the change online with the uc advisor as my ex partner is joint tenant but hes been arrested isnt aloud at the address for now because of bail conditions so I done right thing bye claiming single but I get the extre money in ky work capability

    This is what it says on my new single claim but I have the work capability award notice stoll from 2020 I had assmeant oready

    It sounds like they've not yet processed it as that notification is standard. It's explaining what might happen once activated so I'd presume it's not fully in place yet. Can you see any payments scheduled for your previous or new award yet?

    No payments everything is beej wiped how ever I do have screen shot of my ladt months joint account award

    I'm sorry it's impacting you, of course it's going to be a worry but it sounds like it's in progress. If you're worried, it might be worth giving them a call if you're able to just to put your mind at rest. It's good they've confirmed your WCA will be included - it sounds like they're sure what needs to happen.
