Blue badge

I have a question about blue badge.
I recive Enhanced mobility rate for pip but only score 4 on moving around. I do really struggle walking.  PIP  didn't take into account my schuermanns disease because I for diagnosed just before the tribunal and was classed as new evidence and they had to go by when I filled out the forms in 2016.
I was wondering if I will still be entitled to this?
I have been down to local council but they just said fill out online. Not any other option to put evidence in to see if they will accept on planning and following a journey 12 points.
Thank you in advance

    @clare_1

    Councils have discretion to award Blue Badges to people not entitled to them automatically.  I'd do as your council says and fill in their online Blue Badge application form.  They might want to visit your house to assess how you walk.

    Is there a CAB or similar organisation in your area who could help you with this.  Scope Helpline might be able to tell you about advice organisations in your area.

    Hi @clare_1, as Matilda suggested, it may be worth looking into your local Citizens Advice services to see if anybody can assist you with filling out the forms. They also have some great advice about filling in the Blue Badge application form on their website.
