Universal Credit Review Or a Invasion of My Privacy

I’d like to ask the question about credit cards. I also pay on credit cards. Can’t they ask for statements from credit cards?

I've always presumabed credit cards count as debt, and repayment of debt is only very rarely classed as deprevation of capital.

Whereas PayPal can be used like a bank account as somewhere to keep a positive balance.

The misuse & misrepresentation of this legislation is more than troubling the Surveillance State is expanding daily & they depend on peoples programmed "mindset" of... Well... "I'VE GOT NOTHING TO HIDE!" & the (backdoor coercision) of financial restrictions & hardship to make you act in their favour like you've done it with pleasure & unresentfully!? 🤔 When what your trying to "HIDE" is your "RIGHT" to "PRIVACY" not some nefarious act of deceit

When they have little to NO right to that which is PRIVATE ie especially in the form requested(fully & unredacted account info) GDPR legislation protects not only your data but anyone transacting through said accounts & you nor i have permission to divulge that data without express permission(if memory seves?) so not only are they misusing legislation but accessing data they've no right to(& who retains it & for what use?)

Making their actions surely fraudulent? They see silence as their "CONSENT!" to act as they see fit people need to "STOP" with the claim they've "NOTHING TO HIDE" in certain contexts as this opens the door to further intrusive behaviour from the State which will become their default setting!! We have every right to be FREE in ourselves & belongings it's NOT a privilege!

Everyone who is/has been summoned for a review past/present needs to seek out representation from their local MP/Ward Councillor to verify substantiate & mediate.…. Eg.. Do as they're paid to do...!!. review requests so as they're not duplicitously held to the fire & made to hand over documentation they're not required to as your information has uncovered

If people continue to go against their instincts & legislation laid down requests that are clearly being misused to overreach will only develop further to be later become the norm as they went unchallenged/unquestioned!

I have an upcoming review 14/07/26 & on the strength of your info will be seeking to do everything to not comply with this fraudulent misrepresentation of legislation i'll return to post the outcome which likely won't be pretty?.. Coming off the back of a month long sanction which isn't something i want to repeat due to the months it takes after trying to return to some form of financially stable as they don't give 2 of Hilda Ogdens flying ducks 🦆🦆
