Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me - I’m on universal credits due to being unable to work due to my health and was wondering what help I can get? Ie nhs etc.

Over a year now and I’ve got fibromyalgia and chronic back back - for the last 2 and a half years I’ve been walking with a crutch (back gave out on me and have been in severe pain ever since), alongside other symptoms

That sounds difficult. In terms of benefits you can use a benefits calculator to check you're getting everything you're entitled to
Are you under the care of your GP? Have you been referred to physiotherapy or a pain management group?

Yes I’ve been referred to both and been waiting since December for the pain management. I’m under a gp as well yes.

I hope the pain management group starts soon for you, it's a long time to wait.
