What's your dream 3 course meal?

I almost never ate sweets or chocolate, even before eating a vegan diet. I haven't tried any vegan chocolate.I tried vegan 'cheese' (Cathedral City), but wasn't impressed. Tennent's Lager is vegan, maybe I can stick a spoonful in a glass? ๐ค

Dark chocolate is vegan. I've been enjoying it from the fridge to keep me awake in hot weather!

Most dark chocolate is vegan as long as its over 70%@ChrisR777. There are some with a lower percentage too which are "accidentally vegan".
My favourite vegan chocolate is Nomo as I find that the closest to traditional milk chocolate and they have some delicious flavours like fruit and nut, caramel, etc. Butterm!lk tend to do some good vegan versions of traditional bars of chocolate like bounty, mars bar, snickers etc๐ They are quite expensive for what you get but worth buying as a treat or if you're particularly craving chocolate!
Ha yes, vegan cheese can be a tricky one! I do like the one you've mentioned though, just wish it melted a bit better! Have you tried any other brands?1 -

Ooh @Bluebell21 I've always wanted to try asparagus wrapped in prosciutto! I don't really eat green things but I feel like the ham would help me get through it ๐ Is the asparagus crunchy? How would you cook it?

I have just cut it out my diet, I didn't try any other brands. Just like with Quorn etc, I try not yo eat that either. Tofu works very well instead of fake meat offerings. I eat tthe odd Linda McCartney sausage, but happy enough with plants for the most part.
Coming from a family of butchers, I still miss black pudding and steak mince etc, but not regretting my choice.

It is well worth a try and yes the asparagus is crunchy.
This is how I cook it. For 4 people.
2 bunches of asparagus (about 24 spears) remove woody ends.
Small handful of mint leaves roughly chopped.
2 tbsp olive oil
Grated zest of half a lemon.
8 slices of Parma ham or Prosciutto ham
Preheat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6
Cook the asparagus spears in salted boiling water for 2 minutes.
Drain, refresh in cold water, then drain again. Put to one side.
Using a pestle and mortar crush the mint with the olive oil and lemon zest.
Add the asparagus and stir gently to coat.
Make bundles of 3 spears and wrap each in a ham slice.
Place onto a baking tray lined with foil and bake in oven for 10 minutes until the ham is crisp.
It probably takes about 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook,
I sometimes serve with a boiled egg if a friend comes for lunch.

Oh wow thanks @Bluebell21! I'm going to copy it down and try it at some point. I really need to expand my food horizons.

I love a bit of dark chocolate, and I hear it's good for you in small doses, so all the more reason to enjoy! I didn't realise it's vegan. A lot of my meals have slowly headed that way more and more over the years. Not intentionally but I'd say about 5 or 6 days a week my meals are at least vegetarian.
