Care Act deafblind assessment

• Whether they have received the deafblind assessment report.
• What stage your care plan is currently at.
• Whether there is an estimated timeframe for completing the care plan and arranging support.

If your needs are urgent or your situation has changed while waiting, make sure to tell them, as this may help prioritise your case.

Waiting several months for support can be incredibly difficult, so don't feel bad about chasing them for updates. You have every right to ask where things stand and when you can expect a response.
