Tribunal contusion - please help

I had my tribunal today. I applied for PIP in October 2023 so stress was high! They didn’t take me in for 20 minutes after the start time and then told me they were sorry but they’d been discussing my case. They asked a few questions which to be honest I got muddled with the anxious. Mostly because the doctor kept pushing that I must know or the doctors or specialist must have told me what causes my mobility issues but I truly still don’t know I’m just being referred - waiting years to see someone being gaslit - ignored or then sent on to different specialists who also have multiple year wait lists. I did try to explain this. Then they basically said they were offering an adjournment and I don’t have to take it but they feel with extra evidence from specialists they’d be able to get a better picture.

Here’s the kicker - I have been waiting since 2023 my symptoms started in 2021 and I got a few answers and tests in late 2024 - previously I was told I can’t send that because it’s after the appeal application. Today they tell me they WANT me to send it to aid the tribunal in their decision.

They didn’t mention losing points at all just that I might not get the 3 I need to take me from standard to enhanced care: they didn’t say 3 they just said points needed I’m just putting 3 here for clarity.

I’ve taken out the important information and I’m going to include the adjournment notice here because I don’t know it it’s worth going back to tribunal or if they’ll remove points? I don’t want that.

Also why have they removed themselves if they asked me to come back out more evidence? It’s also been mentioned in the notice for the next hearing to be listed at a whole new court which is further away from me?

The appeal is adjourned - It will be re-
scheduled on a date to be fixed with a time estimate of 90 minutes.

1. The tribunal took evidence. The tribunal considered, after taking
   evidence from the appellant and seeking to establish contemporaneous function
   and variability, that the provision of medical evidence would assist the tribunal in
   determining functional limitation at the relevant time. The appellant, understandably
   given the passage of time and changes in her conditions, probably would not have
   as accurate a memory of symptoms as the record written of symptoms reported
   when she saw the clinician. The tribunal found that matters occurring medically
   after the date of decision may also give information that could be considered, such
   as any new diagnoses considered by clinicians for symptoms already presented
   and as such, evidence was sought 'to date'.
2. She was informed that the tribunal would like to see and consider all of the
   evidence and that she may wish to be aware of this. The tribunal explained it was happy to receive all of the evidence and a full record to consider it in full.
3. Members of this tribunal are excluded from future involvement in the appeal.
4. The tribunal considers that producing medical evidence could assist the tribunal
   in coming to a decision in your appeal. You do not have to provide any more
   medical evidence; however, you can obtain evidence from your GP which is free of
   charge. You do not need a GP appointment to obtain this. You can show this notice
   to your GP if it helps you get what you need. This is called a 'Subject Access
   Request'. The tribunal considers it would be helpful to see a copy of your GP notes
   including letters from consultants, hospitals and other professionals treating you for Addition D | Page 1the period from 01/01/2021 to date.
