Morning folks,

I've removed a number of comments this morning that were at risk of derailing the discussion. What started as a civil discussion about time took a bit of a turn with people 'loling' at others. No one likes to feel laughed at and when feelings get hurt, defensiveness comes out. Let's remember our differences are what keep the world interesting, we don't all have to agree or see things the same way but we should all be civil to one another.
