in Start here and say hello!

Im disabled and housebound with Panic disorder and Agoraphobia and im hoping to connect with people who understands what life is like .Im a bit nervous posting but wanted to give this a try.

    Thankyou for the welcome, Im at home due to my panic disorder / Agoraphobia I like to listen to music all kinds at the moment im listening to country,i also watch t.v and read when im able. its nice to feel understood here
