Pip asessment due today...no call

Posting on behalf of someone else...

They had pip asessment booked for today...they never recieved the call at allocated time, however they recieved am 0800 number yesterday and 1 today which they never answered...none of which were at asessment time...after looking its a pip telephone number but obvs not the asessment, does anyone know what this could of been ?

The only way to find out is to ring them or for your friend to answer if they try ringing again on that number.

They don't always call at the exact time. And if one was missed, it is reasonable that they try again the next day. Those calls probably were for the assessment.
