Work Coach: Health Appointment

Hello all, confused as usual! I'm currently on basic UC awaiting a WCA. I have just seen on my journal that I have an appointment coming up for a Work Coach Health Appointment a few days after my WCA.

Are these health appointments mandatory or voluntary? Google says voluntary but the wording on my journal makes it seem mandatory.

Also, how they can make this appointment before I've attended my assessment? Does that mean that based on the medical information I've sent them that they've already made a decision?

    They haven't made the decision yet otherwise that would be on your journal.

    I think this appointment has just been automatically generated by the computer and it's just a coincidence that it's after the WCA.

    There are different types of health appointment. Some are mandatory - especially while you're still technically a Job Seeker before completing the WCA. Others are voluntary and just offering to assist people with health conditions back into work. From your post, I can't tell which type of appointment yours is.

    Thank you. I didn't realise some appointments are automatically generated, makes sense. I guess this one is mandatory in that case. I overthink in a negative way so just my anxiety kicking in! Thanks again.
