Hi
I have had cancer of the adrenal gland that lead to major surgery, had a quadruple heart bypass, that lead to more major surgery, because of the surgeries and meds, I am now type 2 diabetic other than that I'm OK.
I would just like to know if there are any entitlements that I can claim, as no one will say unless you ask, and no one tells you who to ask.
so if you could point me in the right direction, I would be grateful.

Hi,
Benefits entitlement is based more on circumstances than specific conditions.
Are you still able to work? Do you have capital over £16,000?
Is your daily life considerably impacted by the Type 2 Diabetes or any of your other conditions?

Hi @Woolfie you could try a benefits calculator here - Benefits calculators - GOV.UK and there's also a link on there for a local benefits advisor that might be able to talk you through your entitlements. Hope this is helpful.
