That's a long time to be waiting @morrell35, I hope it doesn't take too much longer and you hear from them soon.

Had a pip form back in november and had to fill it out and march had a telephone review, april was denied pip and said in the letter im able to do all the tasks safely. So i took it to a mandatory reconsideration again failed now i put an appeal in july 6th just hope it wont go no further, as this is causing mine and my wifes mental health to be bad

Hi @GPHughes. Are you waiting the outcome of your mandatory reconsideration or is this what you've appealed via a tribunal request? I can imagine this is taking a toll, it's incredibly stressful. Are you presently getting any support for your mental wellbeing?

I put in a mandatory review and had an upgrade of two points. During the original review i scored zero on all and did not once bring my autism into it.
Ive been to cab and helped with a tribunial and still awaiting for the dwp to get back to us and then the appeal may take 18 months to 2 years
No im not getting any help for my mental wellbeing but a supportive wife helping me survive but going to see my gp soon amd going to say everything and its been a huge toll on my wellbeing. Im just living on surviving.
Even uc is the worse thing ever to be implementes and keep taking carers off as my wife had that an the dwp dont listen and we even told them about it.

Wow, I'm shocked about that. Having to go through all of this is bound to take a heavy toll, it's not a nice process as it is without then having to appeal so I do feel for you. I hope it's not too much of a wait now. Your wife sounds lovely 😊
