I know alot of ppl won't agree but I think this is a good thing. It has been proven that ppl with SOME mental health problems wld actually benifit from working which then naturally leads it to socialising and also gives ppl routine which has been proven to help some mental health conditions. Also I feel its so much easier for ppl to look up traits of mental health illnesses and claim pip unnecessarily/ or falsely also very hard to prove diagnosis (as with a physical illness,) being proved by scans blood test breathing test etc. And I think that they feel now when Dr's are at a loss its just easier to label a mental health patient with something anything rather than saying we are not sure. This is not a dig at ppl with serious mental health disorders. More at ppl being labelled with something anything cause it is easier than saying we don't know what's wrong or there is nothing wrong. I hate having to claim pip but my physical conditions are very serious to the point now I have regular icu and intubation episodes and am limited on what physical activities I cam do daily.

I too wonder about all this 'anxiety' business amongst the young in particular. How can we have such a spike in a few years, when other countries don't? I wonder how many are self diagnosed?
