Uc lcwra
Hello. I last got reassessed for lcwra in February 2021. Anyone know when the reassessments are starting up again?
Loads of different information online and most contradicts it self. I've read they have started but only for people with short awards etc.

Hi,
There are some LCWRA reviews happening, but so few that it is not worth worrying about unless you get sent one.
Under current plans, the WCA is expected to be scrapped within a couple of years, so you may never have another WCA assessment, or you may get one next month, there really is no way of knowing.

This is off the official dwp site. Makes more sense than lot of the theory's on Google etc. Thanks for you help.

For a long time now I thought it was going to be everyone on LCWRA under substantial risk who were going to be some of the first reassessed, but according to what the DWP are now saying from your post it seems that it will now only be people on LCWRA under the new risk provisions, which is the newer, revised substantial risk with much tougher criteria which I think was brought into effect in 2025. If they do mean everyone under substantial risk whether it's the older one or the newer one then they would've surely just used the umbrella term substantial risk rather than specifically saying the newer one?
Seems like those of us on the older substantial risk will be left alone then?

That information was written under the Kier Starmer government.
So I personally wouldn't take that document as gospel at this time.
