Hi anyone else find themselves extremely paranoid someone's going to report them when they have a good day and are seen out and about the neighbourhood?

I find myself becoming more and more isolated due to this fear.

    I imagine there is a very small possibility, and a good reason for one to be careful what one tells others. When I used to socialise, I would tell folk who asked what I did for a living, that it was none of their business.

    Hi @Red73 and welcome to the community. Sorry that you're feeling so paranoid. Something that always makes me feel a bit better is remembering that people don't think about you as often as you think they do. It may sound harsh but it reminds you that everyone else is focused on their own lives. Has something happened that has made you particularly paranoid recently?

    I know how you feel

    I do struggle to go out due to various reasons

    I have a horrible neighbour and yes I dk worry

    I've done nothing wrong
