Standard PIP mobility/ Universal credit

Please can someone guide me. Im on standard mobility lower rate for Autism and PTSD. I tried to increase at renewal for fresh Autism diagnosis but was too much stress as they left it the same standard mobility so just left it without an appeal. ( i have this now until 2031)

My question is for Universal Credit. With the rate i receive for lower mobility will this ensure i dont get a cap on UC if i end up not getting LWCRA next review?( which presently does not have a cap because of this) I would like to move houses through a H/A swap with higher rent and want to be safe that I can afford to move,without the shock of being stuck in a house I wont be able to sustain.

    Any PIP award prevents you from being subject to the benefit cap.

    If you receive any Transitional Protection on your UC claim, then this would reduce by the difference in your new rent.

    So if your new rent was £75 per month higher, your Transitional Protection would reduce by the same amount £75.
