in Universal Credit (UC)

Hello there! I went abroad for a week in June to visit my now long distance partner. it went extremely well and i'll be flying over again at the end of next month for 3 weeks to stay with them and their family. The travel went surprisingly well- and while I was a little bit anxious I managed to get through the airport solo.

My question being: Is me doing this okay while receiving LCWRA? Will a reassessment be triggered from it? I still feel as if I'm struggling in plenty of aspects but this last trip proved to be a massive step in the right direction for my anxiety. I just feel a bit underserving I suppose- and I don't want to be taking money I don't deserve.

I'm looking to book my flights within the next few days and don't want to be in any sort of trouble for doing so.

I am a textbook overthinker/spiralling legend.. so excuse me if this post sounds panicked or a bit silly.

    Yes it is okay to go on holiday while receiving LCWRA and UC as long as you don't go for longer than one month at a time. Going abroad for a couple of weeks shouldn't trigger a reassessment😊 Where are you going?☀️

    @Mary_Scope Heya! I'm going to America. I'm just a bit in my head I suppose. Considered closing the whole thing a few times just because i'm unsure if i still deserve entitlement if i can manage long haul trips- but ultimately i know i wasn't awarded lcwra primarily for anxiety. i think i'm just focusing in on it because i'm panicked 😅
