Our housing association are threatning to take legal enforcement action against us because our daughter whos is on a pathway for asd enjoys water play to regulate and causes an overflow which in turn causes leaks.

Is there not a way to stop the leaks and overflow to prevent damage? Tarpulin or something or water play outside?

Hi @RyanR_30, welcome to the community. That sounds like a difficult and stressful situation to be facing! What have the housing association said to you so far?
Is there anything that could be done to minimise the leaks from your daughter's play? For example, adding extra layers of waterproofing where she plays. Or using extra towels and things to absorb it before it reaches anywhere else.
