Mental health PALS complaints
Genuinely curious, I’ve just been through my 2nd PALS complaint with my MP involved dealing with the lack of support from MH services. They e responded blaming me for the issues raised and downplayed all safeguarding matters and safety concerns of my MH. Has anyone else dealt with a complete lack of accountability and respect in a pal’s complaint outcome from Mental Health Services?

I have not taken out a complaint with them about my 3 year wait to try and get therapy or being passed from pillar to post.As what ive learnt is most of these people working within the same location even if it is to investigate your issue or major incompetence and lack of care.Seem to know one another and cover up everything. If you look at the statistics of how many cases actually get results or resolved with acceptable results for the patient its poor. When you have mental health issues ( as im sure you know),the last thing you need or feel like putting your energy into is trying to focus or remember or put together facts of the failings of what has happened to you in order to get the correct care.I find it staggering that this is the situation that we are all finding ourselves in now.I am hope that you and anyone else in a similar situation including myself get the help we need and manage to get through another day of this utter nightmare.Sending hugs x
