My name is dory79, and I am very glad to finally join you here.Like many of you, I have been navigating the complex and often exhausting world of welfare claims and official processes while managing long-term health challenges. It can be a very isolating journey, but seeing the strength, mutual support, and shared lived experiences in this community is truly inspiring.I am looking forward to connecting with you all, sharing experiences, and being a supportive part of this wonderful space. Thank you for welcoming me!Warmest regards,

On a side note, while looking for some inspiration online, I recently stumbled upon an amazing blog written under a pseudonym, which chronicles a claimant's battles with the DWP.I found it so refreshing because instead of just focusing on sadness or feeling helpless, the author writes with an incredible sense of humor, irony, and satire. It is a light, funny, yet highly educational and informative read about facing absurd institutional barriers without losing your dignity.I thought it was well worth a read and might bring a smile to your face or offer some practical inspiration if you are going through a similar journey, so I wanted to share it with the community here. You can find the chronicle here:https://dakotaunbothered.substack.com/p/chapter-5-the-great-pension-heist?r=8vvsca&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true
