Diagnosis
Hello, what can I do, the GP does not give a diagnosis letter, not just me, he does not give it if an office asks him to give a diagnosis in my name, he acts like he does not understand and does nothing. I often have to wait 10 days or two weeks for medication, I do not change GPs, because where I live this is the third GP and they are all the same. The managers do not help (I have already tried). I complained to the NHS, they said to be patient, talk to the doctors nicely and they will help me someday. What is this joke, Hisztis little child, do you need to be comforted? If someone asks for a diagnosis, it is not a game!!!! What can I do Esther.

Hi @EstherEdit, welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you're having such trouble with your GP surgery. When you say you complained to the NHS, was this with PALS (Patient Advice and Liason Service)?
There are other levels to the complaints process if you don't feel satisfied with the result. There's some information about how to make a complaint to NHS England here:
NHS England » Feedback and complaints about NHS England
If you are still not satisfied with the result, you can also take the complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. Unfortunately, the wait times are quite long at the moment, but it could be worth a try if you need to take it that far:
What do you need your diagnosis letter for? There may be other ways to access your medical records if you need to show proof of a diagnosis as evidence for something. Do you have access to your records online?
