Has anyone else Had Accidents due to Green power mobility scooters Moving when getting on and off because the scooters moves when the Park Brake is fully on. I've had a few now my Scooters outside unused 4-6 months and I've had to buy a different one as its unsafe to use, I have Had an Interdependent report which Literally states it is.

Any vehicle should be checked before driving, especially if it has not been used for a long time.
