This Sky News film can be found on YouTube, I won't post a link here, as it is quite upsetting, but i'm glad I saw it notwithstanding. It was broadcast today on Sky News.

    I should add that the lad in question had autism and ADHD.

    Unfortunately, as I've been painfully aware for most of the last 25 years, the care sector always has, and probably always will be, in severe dire straits regarding constant staff shortages, qualified carers won't work for Peanuts so the providers employ anyone with a pulse who can pass an enhanced DBS disclosure, especially if they drive and have Business insurance.

    Which isn't always in the best interest of the service users.

    You would have to watch it. I can't really talk about it on the forum. The young lad is no longer with us is all i can say.
