    Coyote vs Acme is well worth the watch, certainly funny and nostalgic.

    Thankfully I got in the front door and sat down before the heavens opened and thunder and lighting decided to make an appearance.

    I do enjoy the thunderstorms @Mary_Scope and it did not bother Sam (my cat). The garden is looking a lot better for some rain.

    I got tickets for the new Christopher Nolan film The Odyssey, on Saturday, which I am looking forward to. Anyone else seen it?

    Glad Sam wasn't bothered @Bluebell21, I can imagine a lot of poor animals being frightened in the storm. Is he usually okay with fireworks too?

    Lovely to see you @csno01! I've seen that and was really impressed! I wasn't really sure what to expect going in to it but i thoroughly enjoyed it. Amazing visuals and production🤩No spoilers here! Have you seen any other Christopher Nolan films?

    Hi I was hoping to stay in Plymouth,Torquay or Paignton but Ive been searching online all day and nothing was suitable, so I've booked 3 nights in Exeter with free parking.

    I can explore the other areas from there.

    Went to bed around 11 last night and woke at 1pm today. Just didn’t want to wake up and kept turning my alarm off. Going to keep a low profile, keep my head down and rest up.

    Good afternoon.

    I had a quiet day at home.

    Its been pretty boring really but it will be heaving in town due to the Bank Holiday weekend.

    Hopefully it may get a less busy when the kids return to school and less tourists come here.

    Its a bit cooler with light wind and showers.

    I'm about to watch a 2 part documentary 'How the Celts saved Britain.

    This evening my partner and I will be watching some crime documentaries.

    I'm with you on that one @luvpink re kids going back to school the buses will be a bit quieter in the day time and so will the town centres.

    As of today I am running the white flag up and deciding not to make any effort to further the benefits of my health and wellbeing. I am also cancelling any plans over the coming months and instead will be staying inside my flat with the door and blinds closed. I am only leaving for any medical appointments as and when required. I haven’t had a good quality of life in 43 years, so no point on attempting to improve on it. I guess I have another 15 to 20 years of suffering ahead of me. I have no care for myself nor of those that have wronged me. All I know is that I am a failure of a human being and not a kind or just person.

    Sorry you're feeling that way @Rag_793. Remember that you don't have to make any big decisions if you're not feeling good at the moment, just take it day by day or hour by hour. And if you can't manage to be kind to yourself right now, try and allow yourself to be neutral if you can. You don't have to be just or kind all the time to be a valuable person. Take it easy and look after yourself as much as you can manage 💛

    Its dull and dry here at the moment.

    We have a storm forecast later.

    I'm going to watch a live local band outdoors later this afternoon and this evening I'm going to a beer garden to see a local solo artist who plays swing type music.

    All weather dependant, otherwise its going to be a boring day.

    How I have to live my life is as a third party, I need to act as a Support Worker for myself in a way. I just can’t see the wood for the trees most of the time. Most days seem to all blend into one, with nothing ever changing. It is hard to be kind to myself, with the multiple mental health conditions I battle alongside the legacy of how my conditions have affected those that were in my life between 1983 & 2023.

    Good morning.

    We missed the predicted storm here yesterday.

    I went to see a band.

    It played indoors and it was ram packed in the bar but as always the music was good and the door staff kindly got us a table to sit at.

    Its quite cool here this morning with sunshine so far.

    I'm hoping to go out somewhere later but I'm not sure where to go yet.
