Claim review questions

in Universal Credit (UC)

Hello, I'm just looking for some answers as I have a uc review (phone call) soon after submitting 4 months bank statements.

I had to do this about two years ago and I was very worried about it (I overthink everything and stress myself very easily) but the person I spoke to was very nice and it only lasted about 10 minutes.

The last time, I was asked to submit photo ID but I had none, so she just asked me biographical questions instead. This time, I haven't been asked to submit any ID. Is this something I am likely to be asked for during the phone call? Will it just be biographical questions again?

Also, as I am in the lcwra group, is this review linked to that or is it separate?

I'm not as worried as I was the first time around. I just get very stressed at the thought of having to speak to anyone. I'm hoping it will be as straight forward as the last time.

    The review isn't linked to your LCWRA.

    I last had a review in 2023 where they asked for photo ID.

    I'm going through another currently & I've not been asked for any photo ID this time.

    Since I provided it upon claiming and 3 years ago, perhaps they are finally satisfied with that aspect!
