July 14 in Universal Credit (UC)

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone knows if I start using medical cannabis will it affect my lcwwra claim?

Will it reduce my payments?

Does anyone have any experience with this and if so could you please reply to me?

  It already is legal in the UK for medical purposes.

  If its prescribed by a doctor, then no it won't affect your claim.

  I can confirm that prescribed medical cannabis won’t affect your LCWRA claim or reduce your payments, as long as it's legally prescribed by a doctor.
