Hi guys, new here. Needing so e advice. Been motability scheme customer for 7 years now. No probs until recently, 8 weeks roughly…i hit a curb and car was unsafe to drive home so police took me home and had my car taken into a police compund. They took it in as a breakdown. Motability ended my lease and sanctioned me for 4 years as polive compound seizures are strictly forbidden. I explained to them that this was a police error but Motability simply will not budge. I asked for them to take a look at my police seizure notice tickets but they just would not budge and i do not know what to do. They had my car taken away. Please help. Thank you.

    Have you been through their internal complaints process?

    If you have, the next step would be contacting the Financial Ombudsman.

    Hi @SarahlovesElton123 and welcome to the community. I'm so sorry that you're going through this. It's frustrating that they won't look at the tickets. I agree with Kimi. You should put in a complaint. I know that doesn't solve the issue quickly but it looks like your only option at the moment.
