M&S scan and go (mobile checkout in food halls

How many people were aware, M&S offered a mobile checkout on your phone?
im asking because I was told due to low number of users they’ve closed the service.

Did you know it existed or used it? I’m just trying to get some numbers as if there was a large number. A request could be made to reopen it showing numbers who used it.

    No, I didn’t know it even existed, although we do only have a smaller store (only a food hall) where I live.

    yes, it’s a shame. I reckon it was for big stores.

    I found out about it a couple years ago because my partner used to work there (he would use it every time he went to M&S)
