    Morning All,

    Not a good night to say the least, my acid reflux flared up which caused a scratching feeling in my throat. Took two antihistamines to sort out until I eventually managed a few hours sleep. Going to rest up over the course of the day 😴

    Good morning everyone. Bit of a chilly start here despite the forecast saying 16c. It feels less. I'm off to the Chiropodist this afternoon and get toe nails cut. Having to go private cos the Damned Locala don't think I'm eligble for the service. They decided that way back in 2007 and I've had to do my own but now with age I struggle. I'm gunna protest when I see the Diabetic nurse in 2 weeks time. That damned wind yesterday destroyed a couple of my plants which I'm not happy about. I suppose we will soon enter the windy season and the named storms. Plants will grow back again next Spring. Have a great day everyone and take care.

    Good morning everyone. Wet and grey here today.

    After four days on antibiotics the abscess on my tooth is not really any better. Not sure they will be able to take the tooth out on Wednesday unless it improves.

    Fed Up, could sleep for an eternity! Stuff sitting here on the sofa watching tv, think I’ll just go back to bed and watch tv on the tablet. I am not in a kind mood with myself today, just questioning everything at the moment.

    could quite grumpily just switch what little of my brain I have to always off.
    I am facing a challenging week with the Dentist coming up which fills me with dread, they can take my teeth out and nip down the glue factory and grab a set from there for me.

    I have UC, PIP & ESA upcoming and all I want to do is eat rubbish without a care about if it makes my stomach kick off or makes me ill.

    Hi Carl, it is on Wednesday. Must admit I am not looking forward to due to me having a Phobia of Dentists. I am currently watching the F1, then I will watch the Chelsea match later on.

    Busy day to say the least, washing done, rubbish sorted, shower, drs appointment booked for my hand and a load of pots washed.

    As I used to be a Support Worker, I am purchasing a magnetic board to put on the fridge for daily, weekly and monthly tasks, appointments and reminders. Need to find some sort of schedule and structure to find a balance in my life.

    just worried that my hand could turn into carpal tunnel, but I’ll have to see what the physio says tomorrow. I know the ligaments have deteriorated in my thumb from a previous visit but it has spread to my index finger and I have small bruising on the bottom of the wrist and hand. I already don’t have cartridge in the wrist from an injury carrying shopping in winter as a support worker.

    Just another one to add onto the pile…
