    Hi @ashmere, thanks for sharing this. I can see how this might be quite worrying to some people. But it's worth noting that we're still at a stage where things are being looked at and challenged by the upcoming recommendation shaping workshops. It says on the government update page: "These are not our final recommendations. They are a starting point that we now want people to test, challenge and help us to improve."

    There are some really encouraging changes proposed in the update too. Still a lot to be cautious about I'm sure, so we'll have to keep an eye out for any further updates as we move towards the final review.

    If some people keep going over the savings threshold, perhaps they don't have as much need for the level of financial support they receive ? I have no savings, as I pretty much need every penny i receive, in order to maintain my mobility equipment.

    I suppose I could apply for a re consideration of my ADP award, but I have never had more than the standard rate for care, and never felt the desire to query it.

    I believe that the savings limit is a disgrace and discrimination. The same disease causes equal suffering to both the "poor" and the "rich". In addition, the "rich" paid more taxes than the "poor" - this also needs to be taken into account. The empire has a lot of money, But money is spent on all sorts of nonsense - let him spend it better on the disabled!
