If you've only had the improvement for a couple of weeks and it is a condition that fluctuates anyway, it would be worth waiting at least a few more weeks and up to 3 months before reporting a change. Remember it is about how you are the majority of the time too.

Hi @rwoolcott and welcome to the community. I agree with Emilee and think you should wait before contacting them. If you report an improvement but then your condition becomes worse again it could cause issues with what they decide to award you.

The issue i have is in May I reported a improvement in circumstances going from 0-20 to 20-50 metres in mobility but as the medication and targeted pyshio as kicked in my walking as improved further my mobility as always been erratic. Also on my pip review forms I said need for full time carer but now she's down to 2 days she's cancelled her carers allowance how's this going to look when the assessor asks and I say 2 days

Thanks for clarifying that. How long has your carer been working just 2 days?

If you expect your condition to improve and you will only need your carer 2 days a week, then I think it would be best to do a change of circumstances. I just don't want you to do it too soon and then things get worse again.

    Thankyou Rachel

September 9th she cancelled it, I did say tho family and friends contribute tho and I have many adaptations on the may forms.

Do you think my carer will get investigated cause won't they see a contradiction in care from may to September.

First started seeing this further improvement for around july 20th I monitored tho to see if it was stable and reliable which it as been.

I am unable to say if your carer would be investigated or not as it is not something I am familiar with I'm afraid. I would suggest speaking to a trained benefits adviser. You can find one here https://advicefinder.turn2us.org.uk/ . Sorry I'm unable to be more help.
