As my Appeal is going ahead a letter from ESA informed me payments would start from 1 Nov.At present no payments have been in place.ESA have ignored all letters .what can I do?

Thanks but I have tried number .My rep has also ,he has said ESA would still have to backdate even if I lose appeal.I am presently living on Occupational pension alone of £37pw and lots of help from family .I am now so desperate I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel.Will ESA pay back this money?

If you have a letter stating that payments will start ! Nov then it will be backdated to then. They will be low on staff so just keep ringing them

No reply from ESA yet.Do I need to wait until appeal for backdated money owed from 1 Nov,or do I ask my rep to fax them .I am getting desperate.
