No problem, we will do our best to help

When did you have your f2f ?

You should ring the DWP and ask for a copy of the assessment report
PIP and DLA use different criteria

The first stage of challenging the decision is to request a mandatory reconsideration. This you should do within a month of the date of your decision letter when you get it

There is lots of info on this site about the process

It is important to understand the points system, descriptors and the criteria for an award. a good place to start is the B&W self test

Pleas have a look and come back with any questions

To appeal to the tribunal the first step is to submit a form SSCS1 along with a copy of the MR decision. You only need to give basic reasons for your appeal at this time.
The tribunal with then write to you with an acceptance letter.
The DWP will then prepare their case an send you a copy of all the evidence used. This is known as the bundle.
You should check it to make sure any evidence you have submitted so far is included
You can then use this to prepare and submit  your own case.
Each descriptor that you are challenging should be refered to by page and paragraph of the bundle
If you have or can get any futher evidence you should attach this to the back of your submission and reference to it as above

Thre is loys on here about appeals so do have a look

Please come back with any questions

Cheer's pulling me me hair out here i know some people that can play the system & genuine people have 2 go thru all this hassle

The system does not seem to be fair. Appeals do not have to be scary and can be easier than claim and MR. All  your evidence has been collected and submitted, unless you can get more relevant evidence.
The usual problem is not the evidence but the way is is read ( or not ).

Take it one step at a time, send in your SSCS1 and MR form
On the SSCS! there is an option for an oral hearing or paper based one. Opt for the oral hearing , you can change your mind later but it is always better to atted and put your case.

The bundle should take around a month to arrive, giving you time to get any evidence and start to prepare your submission.

Do come back with any questions
