Bake Off starts again tonight, with new judge Nigella Lawson.

I'll be interested to see the dynamic between her and Paul Hollywood. Since the series began, it's always been a sweet older lady with Mary Berry then Prue Leith. Curious to see what changes once Nigella's on board! Expecting the innuendos to be off the charts 😄

There's also another disabled baker this year! Molly is a wheelchair user who has used baking to stay connected with friends and family during a difficult period of health. There's profiles for all the new bakers here if you wanted to have a read:

    Yay for disabled representation!

    I haven't watched Bake Off for a few years now but I'm intrigued to see how Nigella is. I think she'll be great. She's very warm and friendly so I think she'll fit in nicely. The dynamic between her and Paul will definitely be interesting. Maybe I'll give it a watch this year.

    Do we have any good bakers here? I'm definitely not one of them 😆

    Could only watch the first hour as was the final film of 70 UP.

    Could have cried for Molly when she dropped her cake getting it out of the oven. This was the first bake and I say well done for carrying on after a short break.

    No one was sent home this week as one of the bakers became ill and could not continue. So everyone can have a second chance next week.

    That must have been so gutting for Molly @Bluebell21 but it's great that she carried on! Who is your favourite baker so far?

    Oh my gosh yes @Bluebell21, devastating for her. She handled it much better than I would have done and it's impressive that she managed to come up with a whole new cake despite the time crunch! What did you think of Nigella's first episode?

    I'm really enjoying Gary at the moment, he seems so sweet. I hope he continues to do well.

    I thought Nigella did really well and she certainly loves food.

    I am enjoying Gary too.

    I liked Danni best for personality, it's a shame her baking was probably judged the worst 😆 I think she benefitted from them not sending anyone home this week

    Definitely @66Mustang. I'm really glad she gets another go and we get to see a bit more of her. She had some interesting flavours in her last cake and I loved the camera shots of her when other people were getting good feedback. She was so excited for them, it was really lovely to watch.

    I'm a huge fan of Bake Off and was also intrigued to see how Nigella would fit in.

    Love the disabled representation they frequently have on the show and love that this year they've got Molly on - I could have also cried for her when she dropped her cake. Was that her fault or the fault of the design of her work station?

    I did think that @sharonspinkact! I couldn't see whether they've adapted her workspace much, did you notice anything? The ovens look a bit tricky to access from a chair but I'm not sure what the fix would be for that!
