    I think this is the correct thread. Apologies if it isn't.

    I was transferred over to UC from ESA a year or so ago. I have a condition that won't improve, and have been in the Support group for over a decade. As I was in the Support group, i was told nothing would change. I still didn't have to look for employment.

    I recently had an email saying there was a message in my journal. It was from an adviser offering a chat about if they could help me. They said it was voluntary, and would not cause them to re-assess my capability for work. It asked me to reply if i want to know more. I didn't want to reply, so I never replied, and now i've had another message repeating the same.

    It finished the same as the last message, saying to reply if i want to know more.

    Do i just ignore it as i don't want to reply?

    Yes you can safely ignore it. They usually send it no more than twice. I ignored both of mine.
