UC review

in Universal Credit (UC)

Uploaded bank statements, but this month's has not been generated yet, it's the extra 10 days, not due for another 2 weeks, should I ring them, printed these ten days off but they won't except them because they are not bank generated!!!!! I have been on UC for six months is this normal to have a review this quick, The only thing that's happened is I was told I'm on LWC now.

    For these reviews UC only accept official statements with your name & address + opening & closing balances.

    Yes let them know which date your next bank statement is due.

    They can adjust the due date on the To Do.

    If you use the online account (Journal) this is the most efficient way to communicate directly with the agent doing your review.

    The reviews are done at random so they can happen any time. All UC claims have the potential to be reviewed, more than once.
