good afternoon,
I have been awarded the enhanced rate for pop, but I’m wondering, my condition back in March of this year has changed slightly.
things I couldn’t do back then , I am a bit more able. For instance I can shower unaided, but still my balance is not good.
I can walk unaided to the bus stop, not very good on my feet I take it slowly. Also the aches & pains & fatigue have set in really bad.
I’m wondering do I inform pip I have now returned to work, as at the time I had just finished chemo & still in remission now.
I don’t want to do anything wrong , and 6 months down the line they say I owe them money?
I’ve never done this before, it’s all overwhelming. If someone could advise, thank you in advance.

Hi @Xtras28. I'm glad to hear that you are back in work. Are they being supportive?
PIP is awarded based on how your condition affects you day to day. Working does not necessarily factor into it. It's important to consider that your condition may have slightly improved now, but how long will that last?
If your health is expected to keep improving I would suggest you submit a change of circumstances. Here is some information on how to do that . Depending on your changes, your award could increase, reduce or stop altogether so take time to consider whether it is necessary.

oh thank you so much for your reply, very helpful indeed! You are right. I don’t know how long this change could be, it’s like just one tiny bit got better & 3 got worse.
Yes they are very supportive, I am being phased in gradually, and tbh I’m seeing how I can manage in the long term.
