So my jsa advisor advised me last time I signed on my money would go in December the 29th I normally sign on a Monday. Money goes in on the Thursday. I was due to sign on 1st January.
The money didn’t go in on Friday. Do u think it’s possible my advisor got mixed up and my money will go in tomorrow. I’m bit worried

I'm afraid that your adviser could well have been mistaken, and also that payments are unfortunately a bit scattered over the xmas period, but if you were expecting to be paid on 29th and have not been paid yet I would recommend calling the DWP to chase. 0800 169 0310
Remember they can make payments the day you call if you're in financial hardship.
Kind regards,
Mary
