Tribunal won - specialist team review?

hi can anyone explain this to me please, i rung UC to check that they have received the tribunal appeal letter from the court has i had my paper copy on the 21st sept ( appeal was 16th Sept). I was told to ask on my journal under payments and i received this message back on 2nd oct

"This is still be processed by the specialist team who review appeals. Once we have more information, we can review the payments and underpayments."

I was told on the phone by a work coach on 28th sept that it was all sorted and just waiting to be updated on the system. so not sure what the specialist review is.

    I believe this just means that a team is looking at your claim and making sure you get the correct payments. I don't think it's a new review. One of our members may have had experience of this.
