UC tribunal not responding after a complaint
hi,
I wrote in my tribunal letter about why I would need expedited request and asked for one. This was a while ago now and on email I just kept being told that I haven’t asked. I even pointed out exactly where I asked because I can clearly see it. This caused me to complain because I was just not being listened to and I heard nothing back. I’ve emailed asking for a senior manager for a complaint review hoping that does something. I’ve not heard back at all now. Does anybody know another way I can do this?

Hi @pinkdolphin321 and a warm welcome to the community from me!
This sounds like a very stressful situation, it must be so frustrating especially when you can see when you asked for it to be expeditated.
How long ago did you email the senior manager for a complaint review?
Lovely to have you here and I hope you enjoy your time on the community😊0 -
aw Thankyou Mary, I sent the email on the 24th September but it was asking for a senior manager to the CTSC SSCS query email as no other emails I could find seemed to be working and still haven’t heard back

That seems really frustrating, especially when you could literally see where you had made the request. I would give them a couple more weeks to get back to you, especially as you have requested a senior manager reply. What's the current situation with your expedited request?

hi Rachel there’s been no explanation as nobody is acknowledging it sadly

I'm so sorry they're not responding to you. The next step you could try is the ombudsman . There is a process to follow before the ombudsman can step in, but you can check this at the link above.
